In general, please always update your FusionSolar App (including downloading the latest device firmware package - see links at the end of this article) and then update your PV system to the latest firmware before taking any further troubleshooting steps. The required version of the FusionSolar App is version 6.23.00.188 or higher.
In case the installed optimizers are the following hardware, an update is mandatory:

- Part numbers: 02313TTE-003 / 02313TTE-004 / 02313TTE-005
- Serial numbers starting with (the first 4 characters): JV22... / NS22... / 1022...
The firmware update must be performed in the following order (minimum firmware versions below, or higher):
1) Inverter

- SUN2000-3/4/5/6/8/10KTL-M1 - Firmware >= V100R001C00SPC153

2) DC-MBUS (DC Powerline communication module in the inverter)

After having the components updated, please acknowledge/clear all alarms that occurred. Afterwards please start the optimizer search again, the optimizers will now be correctly integrated.
