Huawei in Belgrade has unveiled its new Smart PV (photovoltaic) solutions that make solar technology more accessible, user-friendly and optimised at home. Huawei Solar solutions increase the efficiency of solar energy use and enable maximum return on investment shortly after installation.

The Huawei Solar System consists of several parts, both equipment and technology, and is based on the use of a digital and internet connection to connect to solar panels installed in the user's home or other facility. All solutions consist of Huawei plug-and-play components and management systems, i.e. monitoring and maintaining the facility's energy information. Unlike the competition, Huawei's solutions incorporate artificial intelligence (AI), which enables a higher level of process automation, better system performance, and user habit learning to allocate resources to the parts the user needs at a given time.

One of the main elements of the system are Luna Smart PV batteries for energy storage in different capacities - 5 kWh, 10 kWh, 15 kWh - and a modular design system that allows later upgrades of the system if needed. All batteries can be installed indoors and outdoors with direct control via the system management from the centre console (home system) or via a mobile application.

Luna batteries in combination with the PV optimiser enable high utilisation of solar potential in a simple way and with easy installation.

The PV optimiser is mounted on a solar panel and then on a PV battery with special cables. It is directly integrated into the system and allows monitoring and control from any controller. The optimiser is designed to make the best use of the solar panel, weighs only 550 grams and is easy to install - by simply plugging it into the board and further into the system between the two cables.

Huawei inverters enable the use of solar energy as electricity and are available in various configurations. They are used to convert currents with maximum capacity utilisation and conservation of quantity. The characteristics of Huawei inverters vary, but the basic models offer a rated power of 2,000 watts and a voltage between 90 and 560 volts, while the efficiency is up to 98.2 per cent.

The specially designed Huawei Smart Power Sensor, available in various configurations, is connected to the inverter and is easy to use as all important information is read on the LCD screen mounted on it. RS485 communication is also supported (as with all Huawei solar devices), so data can be read and monitored on other systems. This sensor is reliable according to many industry standards and is installed and integrated into the system via the so-called system. One-click connection methods.

With Huawei SmartLogger, solar devices are integrated into a system with up to 80 devices. Like all Huawei Solar products, Huawei SmartLogger works over Ethernet or some of the 2G, 3G or 4G networks and also provides a web server to read and set up the entire PV Huawei Solar system. Huawei SmartLogger provides smarter and easier control of the entire system and can be easily customised via Wi-Fi or a computer connection.
