Either there is a problem with your string in the form of improperly connected PV connectors or the inverter needs an MBUS update.
The MBUS update can be installed in the FusionSolar commissioning app at:
- Maintenance
- Update devices
- MBUS Update
If the optimisers are still not found, please contact SKE Support. Please also make sure that your inverter is optimiser-compatible.
The following inverters are compatible with the SUN2000-450W-P power optimisers:
- SUN2000-2-6KTL-L1
- SUN2000-3-10KTL-M1
- SUN2000-12-20KTL-M2
- SUN2000-30-40KTL-M3
