The connection of the smart logger or dongle should first be tested with a hotspot. If the connection to the management system via the hotspot works, the corresponding ports on the router must be unblocked to ensure a permanent connection.
The smart meter goes offline after some time because a Cat cable must be used for the cable connection. Another common error is that the network cable is routed next to the DC cables, which can also lead to the Smartmeter temporarily not providing any values.
If the consumption follows the generated power, the transformers should be installed in the supply line of the inverter. A deviating consumption curve (half or twice as high) can be caused by the arrow direction of the transformers, so the transformers must be installed correctly at the metering point.
To solve this, the main sources of error should be checked: Firstly, whether the type of cable supplied is correct; if necessary, replace to a CAT 6/7 network cable. Secondly, the installation location of the smart meter should be checked, in particular whether the voltage tap and the current transformer installation were carried out directly after the house meter (NZHS).
Please check the wiring from the inverter to the LUNA.
If the battery does not start automatically, there is usually a problem with the enable signal.
The wiring for this goes from the inverter from pins 11 and 13 to pins 3 and 2 of the LUNA.
Please note that the connection from the LUNA to the inverter must always be made from the right-hand side of the LUNA.
The communication plug of the LUNA is rotated by 180° here.
Pin 1 is therefore located at the bottom right of the communication plug.
Also check the communication cabling that runs from pins 7 and 9 of the inverter to pins 5 and 7 of the LUNA.
When logging in to the SmartLogger, the IP address 192.168.8.10 is set by default for the LAN interface. To log in to the Smartlogger, enter the following address in the browser: 192.168.8.10.
Migration is only possible if both accounts are in the same server region, have the same currency, the system owner agrees and the administrator account carries out the migration.
If the SUN2000-12-25K-MB0 operates as a master inverter and is connected to both an electricity meter and a battery, one of the following measuring devices must be used if more than two batteries are connected: DTSU666-HW, YDS60-80, YDS60-C24, DTSU71 or DHSU1079-CT. A DTSU666-H is not supported. It is also important that the SUN2000-12-25K-MB0 inverter is updated to the latest recommended firmware [V200R023C10SPC206].
Possible causes: A software conflict that can be resolved by updating all devices in the installation, incorrect communication cabling (check the diagram in the Quick Start Guide), incorrect meter/EMMA measurement (make sure the measurement at the grid point is correct as described in the installation guide), or an ongoing battery calibration (refer to the user manual for more information).
If a LUNA2000-S0 pack is offline, it may be because the communication between the packs is interrupted. Possible causes are a defective patch cable on the left-hand side or faulty communication wiring. This can also cause the BMS module to be in standby mode.
Measure the voltage on the DC cable: If voltage is present, there is a fault in the control module. If no voltage can be measured on the DC cable, there may be a cable break. To be on the safe side, measure the voltage at the inverter. If there is no voltage there either, the inverter is either defective or damaged.
Only use twisted pairs of cables and delete the LUNA under the sub-device management in order to search for it again afterwards. Check the low voltage by ensuring that original MC4 connectors are used and that the voltage of the battery connection of the inverter and the DC cables is correct.
Check and update the smart logger to version xxxSPC556. Check the smart meter settings in Enspire, including COM port, Modbus, Modbus address, stop bit and baud rate, as well as the configuration sensor types on the sensor according to the HH parameter sample sheet. Ensure that the correct and the transmission ratio of 1.0 are set in Enspire.
The RJ45 cabling from the SUN2000-5-1K-MAP0 inverter to the LUNA is not included. This cable connection must be provided by the installer.
The SUN2000-450W-P optimisers are compatible with the following inverters:
SUN2000-2-6KTL-L1
SUN2000-3-10KTL-M1
SUN2000-12-20KTL-M2
SUN2000-30/36/40KTL-M3
The LUNA2000 is only compatible with Huawei inverters from the following series:
SUN2000-2-6KTL-L1
SUN2000-3-10KTL-M1
SUN2000-3-10KTL-M0 for this generation, with the exception of serial numbers between HV191XXXXXXXX and HV199XXXXXXXX.
