How do you get FusionSolar access?

We will be happy to create a corresponding "installer account" for you. Accounts for your customers can then be created quickly and easily.

Alternatively, you can register your company on the homepage using the "Installer Registration" option.

Do Huawei inverters support remote monitoring?

Yes, remote monitoring is one of the high-quality services Huawei provides for your system. FusionSolar is an advanced user interface for remote monitoring of your residential or commercial PV system and can be used via the Internet(https://intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com/) or App (Andoid / IOS) (free).

What additional devices do I need to connect the inverter to FusionSolar?

For SUN2000L 2-5 KTL or SUN2000-2(-6)KTL-L1 (single-phase) the WIFI module is integrated in the inverter. SUN2000-3(-10)KTL-M0(M1) is supplied with a WLAN-FE dongle.

A 4G dongle can also be ordered separately for most inverters.

The SUN2000-12(-20KTL)-M0 are delivered without dongle, but are compatible with WLAN-FE or 4G dongle.

What is a WLAN-FE or 4G dongle?

A USB device that enables communication between the inverter and the FusionSolar monitoring platform via WLAN or via 2G/3G/4G (mobile network).

When do I need a SmartLogger?
  • If your system contains more than 10 devices (inverter or current sensor).
  • If you want to connect your system to a third-party monitoring device.
  • If your system contains several devices (even less than 10 pcs), but an RS485 connection is not possible, a Smartlogger with MBUS (Smartlogger3000A03) can communicate with the inverters via the AC line.
What is the big difference between SmartLogger3000A / 3000B
  • 3000A01 for up to 80 devices, RS485, communication via Ethernet or 4G
  • 3000A03 for up to 80 devices, RS485 & MBUS, communication via Ethernet or 4G
  • 3000B02 for up to 150 devices, RS485, communication via Ethernet or fiber optics
