How many years warranty does Huawei inverter have?
Can I buy an extended warranty and for how many years?

Yes, - the warranty period can be extended for each inverter within the active warranty period extended in steps of 5 years up to 20 years.

When does the warranty start?

The warranty begins on the date of shipment.

Where can I check the warranty for my product?

Please visit the following link to check the warranty period of your product. You can also download the official Huawei warranty certificate: https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/ecareWechat (+ click on "Click Here for Smart PV Warranty Check“).

How can I complain about a defective item?

Please visit the online support of our homepage, the point warranty processing. After logging in, you can enter all the data for your warranty case and transfer the data to us.

How long does it take to replace an inverter or other device?

Once all the information is collected and transferred through the online warranty processing, it usually takes 2 - 5 business days after Huawei confirms the replacement.

Is there any compensation for the costs incurred by the installer?

Yes, the flat rate compensation for the exchange procedure is 110.00 EUR net for certified companies. For information on certification, please contact the SKE Training Department.

How does the exchange take place?

Once the problem has been reported and checked, either a solution will be found to repair the device or a replacement will be initiated. For this purpose, the details (SN, company name, address...) are required which were deposited during the registration or the online warranty processing in order to deliver the device to the desired location.
