What is the difference between the smart dongle (WLAN/FE or 4G) and the commissioning dongle (WLAN or Bluetooth)?

Smart dongle:

The Smart Dongle is used to connect the PV system to the internet and integrate it into FusionSolar Monitoring.

Picking dongle:

The commissioning dongle is supplied as an accessory with the inverters 60KTL-M0 100KTL-M1. It is used purely for local commissioning of the inverters. A SmartLogger is required for connection to FusionSolar Monitoring.
