Your TASKS

  • Responsible for personnel management in the corresponding responsible area
  • Responsible for the implementation of the company’s targets and sales goals
  • Ensuring professional personnel and team development in line with market requirements and company specifications
  • Regular reporting to Area Sales manager according to reporting requirements
  • Regular business trips to the headquarters for coordination purposes. Willing to travel within the region and /or from/to headquarter (> 50%)
  • Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
  • Design and implementation of processes and structures in line with the specifications of the headquarters and in coordination with the overall sales management
  • Regular interaction with other business units on-site or at headquarters in terms of proper and goal-oriented cooperation within the company. Such as Customer order processing (COP), Marketing, Engineering
  • Customer relationship management to selected key account customers and network maintenance
  • Market research and observation in line with area sales manager
  • Planning of various marketing measures and events in joint cooperation with marketing and line manager
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Your PROFILE

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Professional marketing, presentation and communications skills
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting challenging sales targets.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills in local and English language.
  • Dedicated customer oriented approach
