Tasks:
- You will support the head of department in all organizational, administrative and content-related matters with regard to business management topics and projects
- You know how to research and prepare information and decision-making bases conscientiously and take on the preparation of presentations, protocols and documentation)
- You are the interface between the department manager and internal as well as external stakeholders and know exactly how collaboration needs to be efficient, friendly and effective
- Coordination of appointments with internal and external partners
- General secretarial tasks (correspondence, telephone, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Organization of meetings
Your profile:
- You have a commercial education and several years of professional experience (in a corporate environment or the consulting industry)
- You are an organizational talent with quick comprehension as well as affinity for numbers and love data statistics
- Highest discretion is a matter of course for you
- Good computer skills (MS-Office)
- You like to think through topics to the end and have a high degree of independence
- Reliable and independent way of working is required

For this position we offer a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2,700.00 on a full-time basis.
The actual remuneration depends individually on professional experience and qualification and will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
