Tasks:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Assist in the development and implementation of new internal processes, policies
- Collaborate with outside counsel on contract matters, contract disputes, and regulatory updates

- Work experience in a similar position from the international corporate sector
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

For this position we offer a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4,500.00 on a full-time basis.
The actual remuneration depends individually on professional experience and qualification and will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
