Your tasks:
- Ensure a modern talent acquisition process (job postings, pre-selection, interview techniques, etc.)
- Direct approach of potential candidates by means of active sourcing for selected job profiles
- Checking innovations & trends in the field of recruiting
- Support of all job sites relevant for recruiting
- Proactive participation in various career fairs and company information days
Your profile:
- Basic commercial training with relevant further education or degree, advantageously with focus on HR
- at least 3 years of professional experience | employees from the personnel service sector welcome
- Enthusiasm for the areas of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.
- Affinity for Active Sourcing
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage

For this position we offer you a Gross monthly salary from EUR 2,800.00 on a full-time basis. The actual remuneration depends individually on professional experience and qualification and will be agreed in a personal interview.
