Tasks:

  • Supporting our customers (technical staff, PV installers) and SKE partners on all technical issues related to the Huawei photovoltaic product portfolio and PV system solutions.
  • Processing of technical support requests as well as recording and documentation in the ticket system
  • Assistance in Planning a Photovoltaic System with Huawei PV Solutions
  • Support during commissioning, e.g. of inverters or battery solutions via telephone or mail
  • Initial analysis and troubleshooting of PV system malfunctions and transmission of the solution to our customers and partners
  • Support at customer events and trade fairs as technical contact person

Your profile:

  • Completed electrical engineering training (apprenticeship, HTL or university of applied sciences)
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or renewable energies an advantage
  • Fluency in German
  • Basic knowledge of English, other languages an advantage (e.g. Serbo-Croatian, Greek, Romanian)
  • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to work in a team are required

For this position we offer a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3,000.00 on a full-time basis. The actual remuneration depends individually on professional experience and qualification and will be agreed in a personal interview.
